Installing energy efficient upgrades through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program in your home can save up to 30% on energy costs and increase the comfort, safety, and durability of your home. NJ is one of leaders in this comprehensive program and backs up their commitment with some of the best rebates and incentives in the country.
The first step is to call us to perform an Energy Audit of your home. During this assessment, we will test and inspect your home to recommend the most cost effective ways you can reduce your energy bills and improve the comfort of your home. The Audit also qualifies you to participate in the Program and become eligible for Cash Rebates up to $5,000 and loans with a 0% interest rate up to $10,000.
Who Qualifies?
Single family homes and townhouses, and residential buildings of 2-4 units are eligible for the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program. There are no income limits to participate. Multi Family units are also eligible to participate, call for details.
